The two principal aims of the Sovereign ©Skwxwú7mesh-Squamish™ Court on Kanata (SSCK) are the administration of SSG laws, and the provision of assurance.
As enshrined in our constitution, SSG laws encompass the traditional laws of the ©Skwxwú7mesh-Squamish™ people, as well as laws shared with, and variously expressed by, the traditional laws of other sovereign indigenous peoples of Turtle Island. SSG has also recognized certain international laws. SSCK administrates all SSG laws in the SSCK longhouse court, from those issues entirely in the realm of SSG, to those issues in the theatres of inter-jurisdictional and international affairs.
At the heart of the SSG Constitution is “do no harm”, which informs all of SSCK’s enforcement penalties. Accordingly, an important element of SSCK is our Assurance Department, which allows enforcement through financial penalties.
The SSCK Assurance Department underwrites all SSG government affairs. All activities and written agreements of all SSG Branches, as well as all contracts, financial transactions, and accounts of Sovereign ©Skwxwú7mesh-Squamish™ Bank on Kanata (SboK) and Sovereign ©Skwxwú7mesh-Squamish™ Credit Group (SSCG) are protected under the SSCK assurance umbrella.
The SSCK Assurance Department also provides various types of individual insurance for the protection of SSG members, as well as due diligence security verification of applicants for SSG membership.
SSCK has many branches including but not limited to Assurance protection for Travel, Education, Financial, Health and Disability, Business, Natural Disaster. The purpose of SSG own court is to inform, educate, administer and enforce traditional heir apparent laws that existed prior to the arrival of visitors.

SSG’s foundation is Private and based on a de jure Jurisdiction that is protected with a hereditary, traditional peace Constitution. Mother Earth is a living sentient being who is given many names throughout human history: Gaia, Terra, Pachamama. Sovereign Earth jurisdiction exists in a Sovereign planetary logo galaxy that is governed by Sovereign Universal Natural Laws (SUNL) pursuant to ancient wisdom of Do No Harm, Universal Peace Laws wherein free-will governs every sentient being with truth as the light that is Loved by our Divine Creator.

SSG’s Constitution and Jurisdiction are supported by Sovereign ©Skwxwú7mesh-Squamish™ Court on Kanata (SSCK) Rule of Longhouse Laws that existed Before Time Immemorial (BTI), Before Human Memory and prior to the arrival of visitors. SSG’s Constitution and Jurisdiction are enforced with commercial equitable remedies by estoppel to adopt existing laws that are defined and interpreted by SSCK’s sovereign advisors pursuant to a ‘do no harm’ governance.

SSG’s Constitution foundation of SSCK’s Longhouse Peace Laws were verbally communicated by language. As the word is a bond and a promise that is kept. This spiritual enforcement of self-governance respects free-will universal laws that is practiced for decades of human time.

SSCK’s adoption of the following laws are: The Great Law of the First World – excerpts from The Daughters of the Great Spirit, Agreement between Dekis and Queen Victoria, the year 1665 on the Bargain 1835 – Wherein “… The Whites will have to pay you for everything you have …”, Two Row Wampum Belt – 1600 Agreement with the Dutch people, The 1613 Treaty of Tawagonshi, An Indian Manifesto – January 30, 1851, Gaya Nerekowa, the Constitution of the Iroquois Confederacy by Deganawida, the Peace Maker who founded the greatest political society ever devised by man, the historic Kanonsonnionwe, the Confederacy of the Iroguois on Onkwehonwehke, Turtle Island and Maka Wicahpi Wicohan by Standing Elk, 1996.

Some European laws are communicated to bridge information defined by SSCK’s directors to express the truth used to establish trust with peace. SSG’s leaders have Absolute Supreme Sovereign Authority (ASSA) to practice what they preach expressed in service by ancient wisdom of compassion, respect and gratitude. Heir apparent traditional leaders, medicine men/women, clan mothers and members stand united together in friendship with their hu-man brothers and sisters. Among the European laws recognized by SSCK court directors; Nuremberg International Military Tribunal of October, 1946 to indict crimes against peace, war crimes, crimes against humanity, mass murder, unethical human experimentation and hate crimes, Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR), December 10, 1948; Canadian Bill of Rights (CBR) by John Diefenbaker, 1960, c. 44, Lord Denning known as Alfred Thompson “Tom” Denning (1899-1999) Common Law case law precedents.
Section B — SSG Earth Jurisdiction evidence

SSG’s leaders and members know that we live on land. SSCK Longhouse Laws existed before mass immigration, thus SSG’s Longhouse Laws, stand strong in Good Faith truth for trust with evidence of totem poles, sacred sites and unmarked burial grounds. SSG’s members adopt existing public/private corporate STATE Government Laws defined by SSCK directors in order to interpret DO NO HARM guidelines for humanity living on Sovereign Earth’s jurisdiction as examples for Universal Peace in this galaxy.

SSCK court directors administrative protocol serves Notice with equitable remedies in Bi-lateral contracts for estoppel with copies to regulators pursuant to the Universal Postal Union (UPU) laws founded by the Iroquois Federation Postal System. Iroquois Tribal Peace Laws support SSG’s Constitution in Article 6 - De jure Sovereign Jurisdiction1 with Article 7, Time Clause Proviso.
